FIRST ANNUAL LEINIE-PALOOZA! - Hosted by the Jacob Leinenkugel Breweriana Collectors Group

Because the North Star Chapter Breweriana club annual Swap Meet Show at the Leinie Lodge has been cancelled we thought that it would fun to have a virtual swap meet, which we are calling “LEINIE-PALOOZA”!

Join the Jacob Leinenkugel Breweriana Collectors Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/LeinieCollectorsGroup/) for our first ever online swap meet on Saturday, August 8th. This is your opportunity to sell and buy Leinenkugel beer cans, beer bottle, bottle opener, beer labels, tin signs, coasters, beer trays, beer tap, wooden cases and neon signs. Anything Leinenkugel’s is welcome.

LEINIE-PALOOZA FORMAT: Participating sellers are allowed to begin posting in the Jacob Leinenkugel Breweriana Collectors Group beginning at 10AM Eastern Standard Time and not before that time. The show will last all day on Saturday there is no cut off time to post your show offerings. Each participating seller will post photos of their sale table and additional photos of items offered for sale. Once your sale post is up and live you be selling in a Private Message (PM) format. This means that if you see something you like for sale you will need to contact the seller directly.

SELLERS: Be ready to quote prices, shipping costs, and accepted methods of payment. One a Private Message (PM) has been sent it's up to all sellers and buyers to complete their transactions privately, not in the swap meet.

LEINENKUGELS BREWERIANA ONLY: Anything and everything Leinenkugel’s is welcome, but please restrict your selling to Leinenkugel items ONLY. If you sell non-Leinenkugel breweriana your post will be deleted by administrators and we will kindly ask you to place your ad on other relevant Facebook groups.

NO INDIVIDUAL SALES POSTS/SALES TABLES ONLY: Please NO individual sales posts on show day! Because this is a Swap Meet please take pictures of multiple items for sale grouped together. For example, if you have ten Leinies beer cans for sale please take a picture of all ten on a table, not ten separate posts which will clog up the group and take away from the online show atmosphere. Individual sales on show day will be deleted by Administrators.

TIPS FOR SELLER: (1) Some sellers find it helpful to write down the prices and take a photo. This will minimize the number of Private Messages (PM’s) a seller will receive asking “What is the price of that?”. (2) Watch your Inbox for messages. If you are not friends with a person messaging you it there is the possibility a message may end up in the “MESSAGE REQUEST” area of your Inbox and you may miss a sale.

TIP FOR BUYERS: If you see an item you want to buy please contact the seller directly by PM. If you post a question about pricing or availability in the thread a seller may not immediately respond and you risk losing the item. Private Messaging is how you should contact sellers.

QUESTIONS: Lastly any questions regarding the show and sale may be directed to myself or other administrators (John Cansino, Dan Foiles and Roger Stanford) via PM or comment on the group page in the comment area of this event and we will do our best to answer.

All sellers and buyers must adhere to these established guidelines or Administrators may have to intervene and delete your post or reply.
